Our Recruitment Process: From Sourcing to Deployment

1. Sourcing
We identify candidates through our recruitment network across India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and other South Asian countries — along with local partners, job fairs, and digital platforms.

2. Screening & Shortlisting
Every candidate undergoes skill assessments, document verification, and initial interviews to ensure they match the job profile and client expectations.

3. Client Interview & Selection
Shortlisted candidates are presented to clients for online or in-person interviews. Final selections are made according to client requirements and project scope.

4. Medical & Background Checks
All selected candidates go through certified medical tests and background verification, as per the destination country's legal and employer-specific requirements.

5. Documentation & Visa Processing
Our in-house documentation team handles offer letters, visa stamping, emigration clearance, and all other formalities with full legal compliance.
STEP - 05
6. Pre-Departure Orientation & Travel
Before departure, candidates attend a briefing session on job roles, employment terms, and cultural adaptation. We arrange travel tickets and onboarding support.

7. Deployment & Post-Arrival Support
We ensure the safe arrival and handover of candidates to the employer, along with post-deployment follow-ups and ongoing client support.
